The apartment was spotlessly clean and a perfect set up for our family. My mum who is 80 came with us and although the apartment is on a steep hill with steps up to our apartment she still managed it. We were on the top floor with views and small balcony.
Air conditioning would of been a bonus but we knew when we booked that there wasn't any, but fans were supplied and there were plenty of opening windows.

Location was brilliant - the lounge window looks down onto Tram 28E and the apartment is in an interesting, fairly central neighbourhood. Nice to have towels and toiletries provided. Helpful to have 2 sets of keys. Good communication from the hosts before arrival, but check-in was not in-person and therefore a bit confusing.
Confusing to find property since lock box was at a different location and we were not met by hosts. Property was quite run down e.g., towels were slightly stained, there were some ants in the bathroom, flooring was uneven and coming up in places, many lights didn't work. It is loud at night and in the morning once the trams start.

Fantastic view, excellent location!
Main bathroom smelled of sewer (needs maintenance) and large bed had mold around the baseboard. It was very clean, but there were several other small, but necessary maintenance issues that made the apartment feel dingy and not well cared for.
