About this apartment rental
This is a cozy and contemporary apartment located in a traditional Lisbon building built at the beginning of Sec. XX. The apartment has been completely renovated.
Located in the typical and famous Alfama neighborhood, right next to the entrance to São Jorge Castle, this charming apartment offers you all the comfort and, from here, you can easily access the most typical places in Lisbon.
The apartment is located in the heart of the famous area of Castelo de São Jorge but in a very quiet street. The location couldn't be better. From here you can easily access on foot and visit the most interesting points of Lisbon, such as the São Jorge Castle, the Sé Catedral, Alfama, Chiado, Feira da Ladra, Baixa Lisboeta or the riverside area. It is also a few meters from the most famous viewpoint in Lisbon, “Miradouro das Portas do Sol” and very close to the “Miradouro da Graça”.
Inside the apartment you will find all amenities, including air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, hob, washer and dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer citrus fruit, toaster, kettle, iron and hairdryer. In the bathroom you will find a fantastic shower.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and two sofas in the living room that turns into twin beds. The famous tram 28 passes just 100 meters from the apartment.
Bath and bed linen will be provided, as well as shower gel, shampoo and body lotion.

Originally booked the property due to it’s proximity to the apartment where our friends are staying Since this was our first trip to Lisbon, we had no idea how awesome this neighborhood would be !Being next to the Castle Seo Jorge means you can be one of first in line in the morning and near the peacocks at sunset Great food within walking distance:Breakfast at Audrey’sCoffee and Pastries at Pastelaria Santo António

You can’t beat the location of this property if you want to stay in the Alfama area. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, a castle and shopping.
The property needs a refresh with the shower showing some wear and tear (but great water pressure). Washer/dryer combo works good once you figure it out.
The property manager was super responsive even with our 1am check in questions.
Overall a good property with a great location for our first visit to Lisbon.

Perfect city, perfect location, perfect apartment, perfect host.
Nothing more to say, but;
The listing is very accurate and the area of the apartment is beautiful. Only a couple of minute walk from the Castelo and a quaint little cafe 10m from the door with great breakfasts.
