The location while often noisy was also spectacular, awesome views, right across the street from one of the cities main attractions and very close to several other major attractions. Excellent restaurant right in the building.
Funky apartment in an old but historic building. No air conditioning as a result. But also 2.5 levels of stairs up. The management helped carry my bag up the stairs otherwise it would have been very tough for me.

Location by far the most liked
There is no air con or proper heating. We had a small electric heater in the bedrooms and living room but they were noisy and too small for heating in January.

L'appartement est super bien placé dans le quartier ALFAMA, le tram 28 passe au pied de l'immeuble. Super vue sur le Tage des chambres. Le restaurant au pied de l'appartement est super bon, allez y les yeux fermés. Il y a une patisserie qui vend des super pasteis de nata sur la petite place juste en haut de la côté, une petite superette à côté de l'appartement pour acheter l'essentiel. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, et répondent rapidement.
Pas assez de prises électriques ni de lampes de chevets dans les chambres, équipement très minimaliste dans la cuisine, tout petits radiateurs portatifs, fin décembre le soir il ne fait pas chaud. Mettre des couettes plus épaisses sur les lits serait bienvenu.
