Wonderful, spacious, light and airy apartment fully refurbished, it has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, one of them suite and 2 bathroom with modern decor and very cozy, living room with comfortable sofa, dinner table and TV, fully equipped kitchen, balcony and window with panoramic view.
It has a double bed in the suite, and two single beds in the other bedroom.
The apartament has the possibility to have an extra twin bed (travel bed) and a crib (travel crib).
Have the experience of getting to know Lisbon as a local resident.
Located next to the Castle of Sao Jorge, Mirantes do Por do Sol, Santa Luzia, Graça, just 3 minutes walk! Churches: Cathedral of Alfama, Santo Antonio, Sao Vicente de Fora and Menino Deus. All a few minutes too.
Feira da Ladra at 5 minutes walk (every Saturday and Tuesday). It is located in the Castle, high of Alfama and next to the neighborhood of Grace. These neighborhoods have the face of Lisbon !. Beside the estate there is also the "Prego Restaurant" that has Fado live every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Access to various entertainments for all ages and tastes at any time of day and night.
You will be able to visit several touristic points of Lisbon by foot.
The electric trains, 28 and 12, pass in the door
Accessible public transport near the apartment.

Very central and quiet property. The reception and support was excellent and the facilities very comfortable. The property was more spacious than expected for its location in a traditional neighborhood in the old part of town. It was also a quiet one.
From here it is very easy to reach the tourist sites and there are many restaurants around.
Although there is a climb from Baixa, the tram 12E stops literally at the front door.

Location could not have been more perfect. Yes there are hills everywhere to walk but this is the charm of the city. All sorts of transportation can accommodate tired feet. Be sure to get the city pass for transportation to include train, bus and tram cars. This property is new, bright clean and you bet it can be appreciated by all for the pride of ownership shared between the owner and the staff. Kitchen is functional to prepare a meal but no microwave in our unit. A family of two couples of romantic could will all enjoy this property.

The property was adequate for four people. The furnishings were sparse, the provisions of towels, soap, and shampoo were poorly stocked, and the property had the impression that it was under management without proper supervision.With a few improvements, it could be an excellent accommodation. But as it stands right now, I can only acknowledge it as an OK apartment. On a final note however, the host was very responsive and did take care of issues as we identify them.
