Lovely hotel. Location good, near the metro and plenty of restaurants. Staff very helpful. Both times we requested transfers, they were organised efficiently.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were excellent — professional, friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist.
The main area that needs attention is the condition of the facilities. Some parts of the hotel and rooms are beginning to show noticeable wear and tear and would benefit from refurbishment and better maintenance, especially considering the room rates charged.
