A brand new hotel located in perfect location , close to tourist place and market , just a few minutes walk to chusu market , this hotel problem start from hotel lication GPS , every time you use Grab alway take you to wrong direction , I’m arrival to the hotel after ask the taxi driver talk to hotel staff ask for hotel direction , the hotel entrance so confusing , the front desk staff seem like Robot service , no greeting , no ferewell felling , front desk have limited in English and leak of training of hospitality industry , my room locate in the first floor , the hotel room loom brand new with full of guest aminity , the bed room very comfortable , toilet full of aminity , the only thing have a big issue for me is air condition system , air conditioning have locate on the floor next to window wall and cover by curtain so no air conditioning flow , my room very hot temperatures , I ask front desk for extra water but they want to charge me extra for water , I’m so disappointed that while my room air conditioning is not flow ,I’m stay in this hotel for 3 days and ask for extra water everyday never been told for extra charge …
The restaurant located just opposite side the hotel , the restaurant look luxury and beautiful, the breakfast set very varaity and a lot option , the staff at the restaurant very nice and friendly, specially “ ***“ who’s have outstanding service and go beyond ,
Housekeeping team look after me very well during my stay , specially “ ***“ who’s have customer care and friendly, she solv a lot issue during my stay .
Overall I’m enjoyed my stay , hotel is perfect location , staff at the restaurant and housekeeping very friendly , just only thing is disappointing is service from front office , front desk is leak of training and need training of customer service of hospitality industry , not Robot service

This hotel was our most disappointing experience in Uzbekistan. Before arriving we tried to contact the hotel in many ways: messagea trough the platform, calls to the oficial website of the hotel, emails for the 2 email addresses provided on their website, absolutely no reply! Still today no one got back to us. So forget if you need to book a transfer with them or you have any special need or assistance. The hotel is pretty empty and breakfast quality is underwhelming.
