    My group booked three rooms at *** per night, a high price that was a disappointment. Despite the hotel’s clear policy stating "children stay free using existing beds, we were shockingly charged extra for our child. When we contested this, both the receptionist and manager were uncooperative, dismissive, and outright rude. Their sole focus was extracting money by any means, not guest satisfaction. Communication was very bad, and not a single staff member offered a genuine smile. The breakfast was an insult at this price point. Hygiene concerns: Served tea in visibly unwashed, stained teapots. The fruit was brown, mushy, and nearly rotten. Low quality tasteless options that felt like a budget motel meal, not a ***/night stay. Even reaching the hotel was a nightmare. The access road is unpaved, rugged, and poorly maintained (felt like going off road) hardly suitable for standard vehicles. For a hotel charging premium rates, U really don't understand why they are not fixing the road. I really don't recommend this hotel. The value you are getting is not worth ***. I will not pay for such a hotel more than *** per night.

    My second time here. Rooms are very good and very comfortable. Mountain view rooms are a must for the awesome view. Breakfast is great and the staff are helpful.

    The place is really good and the staff is great. The food in the restaurant was amazing! All their meat dishes were perfect but the chicken and pasta wasn’t the best. They were so nice and offered a cheesecake as a complement for my birthday ☺️

    Ac cooling is not working. If its is hot that will remain. Rooms are not sound proof. People who call or laughing at corridor is disturbing in rooms
