    We had a comfortable stay, food was great, staff is polite and kind. They also gave us a complimentary birthday cake! Things they can improve on: 1) wish there was a smart TV/android TV. Most of the channels were in uzbek/russian and there’s no way to login to Netflix/Prime. 2) wish the bathroom had a jetspray/bidet. Toilet paper isn’t enough, especially for guests from the Indian Subcontinent/Middle East. Overall this felt more like a business hotel than a holiday resort for couples.

    The reception staff are nice, especially Edward; apart from him, nothing is special. The breakfast is the worst, as many Indian guests stay in this hotel, and the reception staff are aware that most people do not eat beef. When we asked for chicken sausage, the first waiter said he would check with the chef. Then, the chef said it was not available. As a hotelier and former F&B director, I find it impossible that chicken sausage, a common option, was not available. If that is the case, then Radisson should reconsider their franchise. To expand the selection of hot dishes, they offer boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. However, as per standard, they should feature scrambled eggs on a live counter. Additionally, there was no toaster, no napkins, no cups on the table, and no teaspoon.
