PROS:
The receptionist at the front desk is very friendly and helpful
Relaxing atmosphere in the common area
Variety of the food in the Breakfast buffet is exceptional, which includes fresh fruit and salad, delicious vegan desserts and very beautiful and tasty bakeries.
CONS:
The room charge was five times higher than usual as clouded by the attendees for some big events.
The Customers Service via email was TERRIBLE. When I asked the airport transfer, each correspondence was sent by different staff who didn’t understand the past conversations. And NO ONE offered me the precise location of the meeting point. The only thing they offered was a picture of the meeting point without location information. And the meeting point in the picture was NOT in the building which I landed. I have to say their service was TERRIBLE. As a result I couldn’t find the meeting point and the driver until my colleague who was in the business class made a phone call to me. And we found that the driver didn’t understand our situation and he couldn’t speak English, which means HOPELESS. Still we had to pay for that service anyway. The Customer Service team should prepare the map of the airport area which shows the meeting point for both Business Class building and the Economy Class building. They should provide the services with the understanding that NO ONE knows that there are TWO SEPARATE BUILDINGS for each flight classes. And they should send us a driver who can communicate in English and have a cellphone to call me and find me at least. This incident made us the stay in Tashkent very uncomfortable.
