Location was great. Close to pirate ship ferry & buses, lovely spot by the lake, easy self check in & check out. Restaurants & shops easy walking. Pizza on the deck overlooking the lake
Noise of footsteps from the room above, so choose upstairs room if u can. Not a deal breaker though, as everything else was lovely. Great find!!

Its proximity to the bus station and lake ashi itself. The ambience outside was perfect for slow mornings, you can enjoy your coffee while gazing at trees and mointains.
Given that the checkin time is late at 4pm but they did not have luggage storage service. It could have eased the travel if guests were allowed to leave their overnight bags in the property instead of carrying them while roaming around the area.

Location is awesome…just across the Ashi Lake. Comfortable beds
Showers left us longing for bit better. The shower heads were very tiny.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. The need to leave water in sink running was a concern and a bit noisy.
The need for tap to run so pipes wouldn’t freeze. There wasn’t any plates or cutlery for using with takeaway.
