Perfect location and very reasonable for the location
Little noises from the upstairs flat, bedroom and front door locks need repairs.

The size of the apartment was good and has everything you need to have a home from home
Quiet location.
Nice garden view
David was very helpful and friendly.
In the summer would be a great place to stay but in the colder months the bathroom is cold and although the fire in the living room is very effective it was difficult to operate.

Good location on Sandbanks, with a parking pass. Close proximity to the beach. Comfy bed. Quiet location.
The bold colours make the rooms feel dark. Would have liked a few more kitchen bits. Bowls, knives & glasses. The hot water kept running out. (Not enough to have a bath) There’s no tv in the main bedroom. Could have done with another small dressing table/side table in the main bedroom.
