Very spacious, nice furniture, pool, and neighborhood, close to the beach.
The layout of the house was "upside down," i.e., the kitchen, living room, and master BR were upstairs, making it inconvenient to bring in food and go out to the pool. The steps on the stairs were somewhat short, not long enough to place your entire foot, had to take care not to slip.
