Your condo unit was neat and clean and very well suited for young children. We got to see the fireworks from the balcony. We look forward to staying here again next summer. Thank you.

Property manager was very responsive. Unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen items and beach items.

In general the property is very nice. The outside of the unit is not very nice or interesting. The common areas downstairs are ok. The communication with the host was outstanding, considering we had to contact them frequently as the upstairs neighbors were noisy specially at night. The mattress of the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. The bed had dimples and the pillows were not the best. The property is not really oceanfront as it mainly has views of the Laguna. You can see from the side of the balcony some views of the ocean but it’s not a beachfront unit.
