Spacious home and a short walk to the beach which is a plus. Pool area could use some cleaning but overall I would book it again.

The location was great and Vacasa staff did answer all our questions. If you need space and beds close to beach, this is a great house.

The home was really cute. It had everything we needed. Pots,pans , silverware, can opener,food processor. Pretty much
everything you could need. There was more than enough space. The pool was fun too. I just wish they had a grill . It was decorated
nicely. In walking distance from the beach. Had an outdoor shower for when we returned from the beach. I absolutely loved it.

First I’ll start with the good. The location to the beach is perfect. It’s literally a 5 minute walk from the house to the beach. The convenience of having a private pool for the kids is also a great option here. Now the not so good. The door lock was a little wonky as was the gate. The gate doesn’t need a code. You just push it open at the top and you’re in. Next the pool lights didn’t work, the cover to the drain in the bottom of the pool is broken and has sharp edges. The kids scratched their feet up on it before we saw it was broken. All the ceiling fans are remote controlled for the light and the fan. Which is fine… except the upstairs bedroom light on the fan would randomly come on in the middle of the night and you couldn’t use the remote to turn the light back off. You’d have to actually turn off the switch and leave it off otherwise the light would randomly come back on. Also 90% of the towels and washcloths were in the downstairs bathroom. There was also a large rat running around in the pool area.
