Cool off with a dip in your private pool or walk just minutes to the beach. Once a sleepy fishing village, South Padre Island is now a beach destination for many Texans and others from around the country and the world. Take advantage of the many restaurants, shops, and nightlife destinations nearby. Drive to Schlitterbahn or Gravity Park. South Padre is also an excellent location for paddle boarding, jet skiing, fishing, and dolphin-watching
Snuggle up on the leather sectional and recliner in the living room while you watch movies on the 55” smart TV. Upstairs, a loft with four sofas and a 50” TV offers plenty of room to play after-dinner board games. Step through sliding glass doors in the living room to the fenced courtyard.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Overall the property was the right size and location. The private pool was perfect. The exterior needed some clean up when we arrive and the house was set to 78 degrees, which took several hours to cool to a comfortable level to sleep. The linens were clean but had some stains. They could use a replacement.

It rained every day that we were there for five days, but not all day. It was nice to have the pool right outside our door or be able to walk to the beach down the road. The location was great. The kitchen was stocked with the pants that we needed because we cooked every day And the washer and dryer was definitely a plus. there was enough room for 10 people. They could play games be on their phone watch TV read a book anything they wanted to do to relax and we didn’t feel cramped we had an issue with the dishwasher when we called. They came promptly and also they cleaned our pool halfway through our visit so our pool stayed nice and clean . We would definitely stay in this house again.

It rain sometime all 5 days we were here BUT it was nice to have the pool right out our back door . Beach was short walk down road ! (Perfect, no one try to block us in ) we had plenty of room and place to read or play games ! Kitchen was stocked with pan, ect ! We cooked 3 meals a day just for one where men went on fishing trip and Dirty Al’s will cook it for you ! You order salad and ff ! House was great we would stay here again ! Only thing I would improve would be bar in shower for older people in downstairs bathroom !
