The set up was amazing. the view was perfect. More than enough space for our family. Location was convenient
The AC was clogged and the staff took forever to come and fix it, Its like they didnt care cuz it wasnt owned by sunchase as it was a private owner. We didnt relize there was a seperate downstairs thermostat so the rooms were very hot the first 3 days. We had alot of issues with the WIFI and it going on and off.

There was a minor roach issue, but it primarily occurred outside the building.

Excellent location for us but we are active and walkers so we didn’t mind the walk to the beach. Could be too long for someone with littles or anyone with challenges walking.
The property was a little older and needs some updating but for the price it was expected.
