111 E. Huisache is the quintessential beach home! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom elevated beach house has plenty of space to accommodate up to 12 guests between two floors. The home has an exterior staircase that leads to the second and main level of the house. Upstairs consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The living room provides seating around a large flat screen TV. Just off the living room, there is an open concept dining room and kitchen. The kitchen was recently renovated in 2021 and features stainless steel appliances, as well as ample counter space for preparing home cooked meals. A sliding door in the kitchen provides you with access to the upstairs deck that overlooks the private heated pool! The large deck has an outdoor dining table and is equipped with a propane grill for enjoying cook outs. Back inside, you will find the Master bedroom, equipped with a King size bed and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has an attached private bathroom. Guests have the choice between two additional bedrooms on this floor, one with a King size bed and the other with two Queen beds. Between the bedrooms is a shared guest bathroom.
Downstairs on the ground level, the property offers a complete in-law suite! The suite has a private entrance and its very own living room, kitchen, bedroom and attached bathroom, and a half bath. The bedroom is equipped with a King bed and flat screen TV, as well as a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen and living room are open concept, with the kitchen providing a two burner stove top, microwave, full refrigerator and sink. A large flat screen TV is mounted in the living room. Sliding doors lead out to the patio and the private pool! Take a dip, or lounge in the sun!

Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own.
