- The bunk bed is suitable for 4 children or 3 adults only (2 adults on bottom and 1 adult on top)
- The pool cleaning crew will access the backyard on Mondays and Fridays to clean and sanitize the pool during the day. Cleaning days may change during the week for any reason
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the right-hand side of the garage door facing the driveway, camera 2 is on the corner of the patio facing the backyard, and camera 3 is on the side of the home facing the gate entry. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. These cameras are placed for insurance purposes and are not actively monitored
- The pool water will be automatically heated to about 85°F throughout the day. If outdoor temperatures fall to around 50°F or below, the heater may shut off to protect the pool and its equipment, and the water might not be heated until the outside temperature rises above the 50s again

Great spacious private property that we could bring our dogs to! Hot water in the showers took a minute to warm up, and saw some critters in the upstairs shower. Good amount of cook and dish-ware in the kitchen, only thing missing was pot holders! Would’ve loved a cookie sheet too

Very clean property, good neighborhood and pool was warm. Everything was fully stocked. House had no smells to it. The Ninja grill was awesome. The kitchen had all the tools you needed to cook.

We have been to South Padre every year for 6 years and this is the cleanest place of all places we stayed with the exception of the pool, which was very cloudy and dirty. The goodie basket was nice and the kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to cook. The master bath upstairs had no hot water but for a few seconds and was not usable for anything but brushing your teeth, very disappointing!
