Wir wohnten mit einer Gruppe von sechs Personen in diesem Apartment. Die Lage ist hervorragend, ganz in der Nähe der Metrostation. Mit der U-Bahn fährt man direkt von Banhof Est mit der Linie M4 und ist dann in 10 Minuten zu Fuß da, gibt aber auch andere Möglichkeiten. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen: Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, direkt unten auf der Straße gab es Bäckerei, Obstgeschäften, Supermarkt und viele Restaurantsdas. Apartment ist wunderschön und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar ausreichend Geschirr und Gewürze zum Kochen. Vielen Dank für die Flasche Sekt; das war eine nette Geste! Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, da die Anweisungen für den Zugang zum Apartment sehr hilfreich waren. Wir fanden es auch toll, dass wir Kontakt zum Vermieter hatten und alle unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet bekamen. Herzlichen Dank Iva!

Overall the apartment is spacious, lovely, clean, and conveniently located. There are two separate bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and the third bedroom is a loft area that is open to the main area, so it's not as private. But all the beds were very comfortable, and it was nice to have two bathrooms. To be clear, there is one full bathroom in the lower level room, then a shower room in the upper level and a separate toilet room.
While it's true that there aren't any street-level windows, it was full of light as the entire ceiling is a huge atrium window and you can open some of them, and there are shades you can remotely close to keep the light out.
The host was very quick to respond to any and all questions, and sent loads of helpful information before we got there, plus left us a very nice welcome gift.
The location is on a nice quiet street, but there are lots of cafes, restaurant, and shops very close by. There's an excellent boulangerie literally up a flight of stairs! And the metro is just up the road.
It was really great to have the Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods!
One note, and this isn't a negative comment, just something to be aware of, which should be obvious from the pictures: this isn't a great rental for people with mobility issues not only because the apartment has stairs to every area of the space, but also because this general area of Paris is very hilly, so you'll be walking up and down steep streets a lot.
It was a welcome relief to me, but some people might not like that there is no television. Who the heck wants to watch TV when you're in Paris though!?

The location was amazing, close to restaurants, bakers, metro and supermarkets. The apartment was perfect, quirky but modern. It was clean, comfortable and a perfect place to stay to enjoy Paris. Communication with Iva was great. She gave brilliant recommendations to eat, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely look to come back again. Thankyou :-)
