Perfect location, close to everything you need. could not have been better

The location was amazing, close to restaurants, bakers, metro and supermarkets. The apartment was perfect, quirky but modern. It was clean, comfortable and a perfect place to stay to enjoy Paris. Communication with Iva was great. She gave brilliant recommendations to eat, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely look to come back again. Thankyou :-)

Great value accommodation for a large group. Would have been a 9 apart from the niggle with the sink

Quiet location in a residential area within 5 minutes’ walk of the Metro, and also necessary shops and a great children’s playground. Spacious accommodation + high quality sofa bed you can actually sleep on - it would actually work with a group of 8 as long as you all went to sleep at roughly the same time. Large well-equipped kitchen. Helpful, responsive owner.

One sink was partially blocked on arrival and unusable within 24 hours. The owner sent someone to fix it within hours of being told, but the problem was never fully fixed and the sink blocked again before we left. The design of the converted theatre loft means that bedrooms do not have complete privacy from the living room so noise and light when people were trying to sleep were issues.

Everything. Location was fantastic. Metro 2 mins walk away - Lamarck Cullaincourt. Excellent apartment layout, very spacious. Kitchen facilities all you need for your trip away. Great restaurants and bars nearby with French atmosphere as recommended on info on arrival. Iva was great communicator with prompt answers to any questions.

We loved everything. If we had to say something it would be the shower could be bit more powerful but realise that may be to do with available water pressure . Shower was always good temperature.

Spacious apartment in excellent location

We loved the space - as a family of five. It is so close to the metro and in a fabulous location. Lovely restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The hosts are just brilliant - helpful, kind and so responsive. We loved our stay.

Absolutely loved this loft, we will be back !

This loft is absolutely fantastic it has a very cool vibe to it. We’ve been to Paris a few times, this was easily the best place we’ve stayed. We stayed 3 nights with our 2 adult kids & their partners, the lay out was exactly what we needed for the six of us. The glass ceiling was spectacular & let in so much light. The location was excellent, with great restaurants & a metro station near by. Very simply check in & easy to find. The communication & local information was great, a very helpful responsive host ! We would highly recommend this place & will be back ourselves on day. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nära till det mesta i Montmartre. Matbutik i närheten, brödbutik runt hörnet samt fruktbutik också nära. Nära till metro (tunnelbana) linje nr 12. I princip nära till allt på Montmartre. Perfekt lägenhet med bra kök om man vill laga mat hemma. Diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Väldigt lugnt område. Rekommenderas varmt!

Pobyt w tym apartamencie zaliczam do bardzo udanych. To najlepszy apartament, w jakim byłam.

Apartament jest świetnie usytuowany, bowiem do stacji Metra linii nr 12 idzie się tylko 3 minuty. Loft jest fantastyczny. Znajduje się na parterze kamienicy, ale po wejściu do niego okazuje się, że jest dwupoziomowy. Bardzo ciekawie urządzone wnętrze jest przestronne i wygodne. Posiada trzy sypialnie z dużymi łóżkami oraz salon, w którym stoi duża rozkładana kanapa. W apartamencie są dwie łazienki. Jedna łazienka, do której wchodzi się przez sypialnię usytuowaną na dolnym poziomie apartamentu, połączona jest z toaletę. Natomiast druga łazienka, znajdująca się na wyższym poziomie loftu, jest dostępna z korytarza i nie ma w niej toalety. Druga toaleta jest samodzielna i wchodzi się do niej z korytarza. Moja grupa liczyła 7 osób i wszyscy byli bardzo zadowolenie z pobytu w tym miejscu. W apartamencie zastaliśmy wszystkie niezbędne artykuły higieniczne, takie jak: mydło w płynie, żel pod prysznic, papier toaletowy, ręczniki papierowe, płatki kosmetyczne. Otrzymaliśmy też perfumowane odświeżacze powietrza. Kuchnia także była zaopatrzona w sporo artykułów (kapsułki z kawą, herbatę, sól, cukier, oliwę). Do dyspozycji w kuchni były wszystkie sprzęty wymienione w ofercie. Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy olbrzymi talerz owoców oraz szampana. Gospodarz tego apartamentu - Iva, z którą kontaktowałam się przez WhatsApp, jeszcze przed przyjazdem, błyskawicznie odpowiadała na wszystkie moje pytania. A w dniu przyjazdu zaproponowała, że możemy pozostawić nasza bagaże w apartamencie, z czego z chęcią skorzystaliśmy. Bagaże mogliśmy również pozostawić w apartamencie w dniu jego opuszczenia do godziny 14.00, co też było dla nas sporym ułatwieniem, bo dzięki temu mogliśmy spędzić kilka godzin w dzielnicy Montmartre bez obciążenia bagażami.

Podłoga w części kuchennej jest troszkę wyższa niż podłoga w części salonu, co powoduje, że jest tam minimalna różnica wysokości. I wchodząc na teren kuchni potykaliśmy się o ten niewielki uskok. Zamontowanie tam listwy wyrównującej rozwiązałoby ten problem.
