Super easy with the app - they made everything as simple as possible and were on hand to answer any questions.
The A/C on the top floor didn't work too well which meant it was very hot up on the top floor to sleep in.

Fantastic location
It was a bit cold and some of the switches didn’t work. Heaters were left which helped but the proper heating system should be fixed

Key access allowance, beds on the second floor were kind of hard to get in and out of.
