This magnificent apartment is located in the center of Paris, between the business district of Opéra and the nightlife of Pigalle.
For a business trip or a visit to our beautiful capital, we offer you the opportunity to live like a Parisian during your stay, while enjoying the services of a 4-star residence.
The Space:
This fully air-conditioned/heated apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with connected Chromecast, and a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine.
Luxury toiletries, high-quality towels and bed linens, as well as numerous welcome products, are at your disposal to make you feel at home.
Please note that AC / heating is central : heating from October to April and AC during summer, depending on the weather in Paris. Breakfast is not served on site but at a partner bistrot, Café Marguerite.

You can easily access your accommodation using public transportation: Saint Georges station on line 12 or Pigalle station on line 2.

Ideally located between the business district of Opéra, Montmartre, and the nightlife of Pigalle, this apartment is just steps away from Rue des Martyrs, a lively and trendy neighborhood with all its local shops. Most theaters (Théâtre de Paris, Folies Bergères...), museums (Musée de la Vie Romantique, Musée Montmartre, Daliparis), and concert halls (Trianon, Divan du Monde, La Cigale) are located in the neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Ideally located between the business district of Opéra, Montmartre, and the nightlife of Pigalle, this apartment is just steps away from Rue des Martyrs, a lively and trendy neighborhood with all its local shops. Most theaters (Théâtre de Paris, Folies Bergères...), museums (Musée de la Vie Romantique, Musée Montmartre, Daliparis), and concert halls (Trianon, Divan du Monde, La Cigale) are located in the neighborhood.

While this apartment doesn't have the frills of some others, it is in a great location and is extremely well equipped and safe. Love it!

This apartment was perfect for our group of four adults. The location was superb and the place was comfortable and had everything we needed for two nights in Paris. My only negative was it was a little noisy in the evenings with the restaurants and bars below-I suspect that most places in Paris have the same problem. The pictures look just like the actual property-one more thing- the shower is DREAMY. We all loved it.

This apartment is in a a great spot to explore Montmartre, Pigalle and is easy to get into the sites of the city. The apartment is cosy and is near to many places to eat and drink

The check in was easy, the apartment was clean and well stocked. We booked this property in particular because the listing showed air conditioning however when we arrived and messaged them regarding how to make the AC work we were told that the entire building was on the same unit and the heat was on and the AC was not able to be turned on.
The location is in a very bustling and busy area and the noise from the restaurants below lasted well after 3am which we would have possibly slept thru had we been as cool as we are accustomed to sleep.
We were originally scheduled for 2 nights but we decided to leave and pay to rent air conditioned hotel rooms for night two.
The host was excellent at communicating and had the AC been as stated in the listing, we would have stayed the 2nd night in the apartment.
If AC is not an issue for you, the back bedroom is much quieter and the apartment is very charming.
