Located in the VIIIth arrondissement, an area brimming with exquisite restaurants, charming sidewalk cafes, and high-end boutiques. Immerse yourself in a quintessential Parisian shopping experience by taking a leisurely stroll to iconic department stores such as Printemps or Galeries Lafayette. Beyond the shopping, the district is also home to several cultural attractions, including the magnificent 17th-century Opera Garnier, which is conveniently located within walking distance from the flat.

Nice enough apt, but basic, balcony is not exactly a balcony and the view is of a side street.

The apartment was clean and good for our group size (7). It is just a few minutes walk to the next metro.
The only thing to be criticized is, that the provided digital key didn’t work. We had to wait until we got a new code via messenger chat.
We would book it again. But the thing with the keys has to be improved.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was as described: big, well appointed, AC was great (!!). A small snafu with the digital key that took a bit of sorting out, but was resolved after one day. Great location with some shops, restaurants and bars nearby.. and plenty of iconic spots within a 20 minute walk. Would definitely stay again!
