About this apartment rental
Summary:
This apartment is very well located in an Haussmann style building !
It has 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Following many guests suggestions, it now has 3 toilets (one is en-suite).
The Space:
This modern apartment is spacious and has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
There are 3 toilets ( one en suite and 2 independant ).
It is perfect for large families or groups visiting the city.
Air conditioned, accessible by 2 elevators, this apartment can welcome up to 10 guests comfortably and even has a rooftop view of Paris!
With a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities you would expect, this apartment is perfect for leisure stays as well as for those travelling to Paris on business purposes- we promise you’ll feel right at home!
It is in a very safe building. As soon as you enter the courtyard, you are under CCTV cameras and there is also a watchman on site. In order to access he building in which the apartment is located, you will need a code which only residents have.
Please note that the entire apartment is equipped with A/C except one bedroom which is equipped with a Dyson fan.
High speed fiber optic internet is at your disposal.
Pets are not allowed, thank you for understanding.
Guest Access:
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television.
All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.
The Neighborhood:
The Grevin Museum is just at a stone throw from the apartment.
The Rue Sainte Anne, famous for its Asian cuisine and eateries is 5 minutes walking distance.
The area is fantastic for soaking in the Parisian atmosphere, we recommend having a walk in the surrounding area for a really relaxing day.
You could even take the kids to Disneyland via the direct RER A loacted 10 minutes away by foot at the Auber station.
Or the next best thing, the biggest amusement arcade in Europe ‘La Tete Dans Les Nuages’ (Head in the clouds) is just across the boulevard !
This area also known as the " Les Grands Boulevards" is great for all ages, with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and disco.
For shopping addicts: Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Its central location makes it perfect for sightseers discovering the French capital for the first time, being close to many sites of interest such as the Opéra Garnier, Place Vendome, Concorde and the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, ...
Getting Around:
This apartment is close to metro stops:
- Richelieu-Drouot ( metro line 8 and 9 )
- Bourse ( metro line 3 )
- Le Peletier ( metro line 7 )
- Auber ( RER A )
You can also enjoy the view by taking thoses buses number 20, 32, 39, 45, 74, 85, N11, N15, N16 and N24.
You have 2 mins all the services of taxis 24h / 24h (Uber, G7, taxis, etc).
You can even explore the city by bicycle ( VELIB ) as there is a station located one minute away by foot from the apartment.

Lots of positive things to say about this property. It was extremely well located, spacious, clean, and quiet. (We are in the middle of Paris so of course there will be some outside noise but overall it was very quiet.) The beds were all king sized and comfortable and we were pleased to see that there were room darkening drapes to pull closed at night. The A/C performed well thankfully - it reached 98F while we were there. We had one person in a wheelchair and it worked for us because she can walk a few steps - as you exit the elevator you must go up about 8-9 steps to get to the apartment door. The washer and dryer were used a couple times and they appeared modern and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and the rooms are separated for privacy. Some noise from the street, and there are quiet hours. The management is prompt when you have questions

Apartment is very spacious and airy. Also clean. Well equipped although one would be advised to buy paper towels.

House is well equipped. All essentials are provided. Host is very responsive to us (guests) and to neighbors. Speaks highly of their service. Good building, close to many fast food spots, like McDonald's, KFC, Hard Rock Cafe, Markets and ofcourse if you prefer cafes, pastries too!!
Being on the Boulevard, windows are well insulated, though bit noisy with them open.
For all the places we have stayed in France, this has been a good experience by far.
