As soon as you arrive, the Urban Flat in Paris team provides you with standard Afnor masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes and soap.

You will stay in a beautiful and spacious apartment completely renovated, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for a complete comfort and an excellent stay.
Our interior designer wanted to pay a tribute to the famous painter Pablo Picasso.
The colors, paintings, fabrics and carpets, have been carefully chosen, and will immerse you into an elegant and cheerful atmosphere.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, electric heating, 1 TV.
In the open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
Our apartment is located in the Grands Boulevards area., famous for its bars, classic brasseries and numerous show venues (the Opéra Comique, the Folies Bergère and the Grand Rex) , not to mention clubs where you can dance the night away. Take a stroll through the area to admire its stately Haussmannian buildings, and pop into the Musée Grévin to stare at astonishingly realistic waxworks of your favourite celebrities.
You will be a 15 minute walk from the Louvre Museum, and will make a wonderful walk to get there passing through the sumptuous gardens of the Palais Royal
Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.

The most expensive place we have stayed on our Europe vacation. They had the least amenities and the property was nothing great. That being said, the location was fantastic and it held our family of 12. They did try to keep us comfortable in the heatwave by bringing room fans to each room.

Good location to the attractions. We got charged 100 euros for early check in. Or store luggages at their office which is half mile walk. I had requested early check in. No response till i was on the plane. Arrived at the door could not get in till pay the 100euro. Which was waiting at the front building for 30minutes. They couldn’t trust us while my credit card and deposit are with them. The shower hot water only last for 3-4 persons . The rest of our 10 people had cold showers or shower in the morning. So we had two shifts of showers scheduled. There were 10 sleeping spots for us but kitchen not equipped enough coffee cup or glass.
