Very clean property had many fans for us as we arrived in the middle of the heatwave. The property is very spacious.
I didn’t like the area much but had no safety concerns within the premises. The apartment is in the second floor no lift reconsider if you have large luggages.

The property itself was fantastic! Comfortable for all 6 of us — three couples.
The location was a little sketchy with the neighborhood being kind of dirty and a lot of noise late at night from the corner restaurant. It was bearable. At the time of our stay, there was also a lot of construction and scaffolding. It was definitely much safer than it felt. It also involved a fair amount of travel to get into the heart of Paris. The subway entry is just a few blocks away but I actually recommend the bus for less walking and congestion in travel.

The property was nicely decorated, well equipped and clean.
The window shutters in the bedrooms didn’t work properly which we’d seen in a previous review. Another sofa in the lounge would be good for a group.

L’appartamento era moderno e ristrutturato, codici per accedere, wc e docce separate, camere comode. Lo spazio è giusto per 6 persone o 3 coppie.
La posizione per vistare non è il massimo, ma con la metro ci si muove verso il centro, purtroppo non funzionavano tutte le tapparelle elettriche e alcune sono rimaste chiuse tutti i giorni altre aperte, segnalato non c’è stato alcun intervento, per i termo stessa cosa, mancano i bidè. le chiavi vanno recuperate ad un isolato dall appartamento non si sa perché. Non grosse cose da fare la sera nei dintorni.
