Przestronne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone, darmowy parking niemal pod samymi drzwiami. Lokalizacja dość ciekawa - niby przedmieściach, ale do centrum około 3 km.
W czasie upałów brak klimatyzacji może być problemem. Brakować też może drugiej toalety. Natomiast nie wypływa to zupełnie na wysoką ocenę obiektu
