    This hotel was right in the centre of Sofia with lots of shops, restaurants & cafeterias nearby.The central market was also next to the hotel.Staff where really nice.Room always clean.A mini fridge was also available in the room.Good value for money

    Dear Sir/Madam, the smell of dust and mold could be felt in the hotel. Our room hasn't been dusted for months, I'm sure of that. In the bathroom, I showered in slippers because I'm not sure if the tub was cleaned. We had the impression that the bed linen was tighter than the previous ones, the towels were only packed. What we see and what we get it not the same. Our room was room without view. The idea is great, the location too, the concept is interesting, but these are huge drawbacks. I wouldn't recommend it if I didn't know that it had a major cleaning and was maintained in a completely different way. But, stuff was nice and communication with them is really easy. Thank you for recommending the Sofia walking tour.
