Exactly how it’s described. For us, it was far from our location (but we knew this). Inside was clean, outside was not clean. For the price we paid (which was a ton) should have at least been swept of leaves and spider webs wiped down on the small porch they had. Reps were quick to respond. I didn’t mention the outside to them (I’m sure they would have taken care of it) but I shouldn’t have had to.
