This spacious 4,200 sq ft home features 10 bedrooms with 17 beds. Enjoy a seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, pool table, and the privacy of a fenced backyard. Only 3 miles south of Indiana University, 10-minute walk to the YMCA, 15-minute drive to Lake Monroe. Dogs allowed on the main floor. Bike trail just 2 blocks away connects to downtown Bloomington and College Mall.
Entire house to yourselves with keyless lock for self check-in. I am always available for questions -- past guests say my response time is faster than a hotel. Parties allowed with prior approval.
Lovely upper-middle-class neighborhood full of trees and gardens. Two parks nearby.

A multi-use room has a pull-out sofa and provides access to the hot tub and backyard, so foot traffic is likely. Review the layout to make sure it suits your needs.
Two bus lines within a short walk. Bike trail 2 blocks away connects to downtown and College Mall. Bloomington is small and accessible -- taxi and rideshare fares are inexpensive.

Had issues making final payment through VRBO site, so had to send payment to owner outside the VRBO system. Otherwise, everything was as expected. We used for 12 guys overnight golf trip stay. Great for this purpose or college football weekend.

We stayed in this house for a family reunion - ages 4 to grandparents. The house has 3 separate gathering area, which worked well for people playing different card or board games, having individual conversations or just finding a place for a moment of quiet. We spent Saturday at the Wonder Lab, which was wonderful for kids and adults.

We've been renting this place once a week for 3 years now, and my group loves it! Jonah's wonderful to work with (very prompt to queries, attentive to our needs, etc.), and the space offers lots of opportunities for groups to connect. I'd recommend things like more silverware, but that's a quibble. Thanks for hosting us!
