About this house rental
Great for families, graduations, or IU sporting events. Six bedrooms with 19 beds, a large patio, hot tub, privacy fence, and pool table. Three miles south of IU campus, ten-minute walk to the YMCA, 15-minute drive to Lake Monroe. Dogs allowed on the first floor. Hot tub is open year-round. The house sleeps up to 26 guests.
You will have the entire house to yourselves with keyless lock entry. I am always available for questions -- previous guests say I provide faster service than a hotel. Parties are allowed with prior notice and approval.
Lovely upper-middle-class neighborhood full of trees and gardens.
Streaming TV with Roku. Pool table, washer, and dryer in the garage are available for guest use.
3,500 sq ft split-level home with 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 14 rooms total. Living rooms on both levels, sun room, patio, and privacy fence.
Two bus lines within a short walk. Bike paths just 2 blocks away connect to downtown, IU, and the mall.
Memory foam floor mattresses available for additional guests. If bringing more than 6 vehicles, let me know at booking so I can arrange extra parking.

Rented for my family and friends to stay for my graduation. Listing is accurate and the stay was lovely. The host was kind and accommodating but let us take the lead on communication/respected our privacy. Recommended for a large group

Overall good experience. So many spots to sleep ! The house was clean and comfortable. There was no milk and cereal/granola as promised. The fact that a breaker tripped with the use of the upstairs microwave and either bathroom fan was a problem. Especially since the breaker panel had no light bulb in the nearest light and items were not listed together on the panel. Upper lights in downstairs large bedroom were not working and other lamps needed plugged in an one was also without a bulb. Bloomington recycle left a swath of broken glass on the roadway which I swept aside. (I have a picture if you want to contact them) The bathroom shower that is walk-in and therefore handicap friendly should have a moveable spray head- we had 2 people who use walkers. Beds are high and more than one step stool should have been provided. We could not find the cord to the mixer. However the number of small appliances was amazing. Garage needs lighting checked for light bulbs.

We liked how much space there was, and the fenced in yard for our dog. The issues we had were a large RV parked in the driveway which made it nearly impossible for any passengers to get in or out of vehicles. And we had to move one car to get the other out. We were not given a heads up about this RV. Also there were things listed that would be provided but were not - there was only one Men's 3 in 1 body wash shampoo for 3 bathrooms. Nothing else was available. The listing said there would be milk, cereal, coffee available, there were none. We had to find towels in the dryer to use. It seemed like the house wasn't fully reset before we checked in. The trash hadn't been put out the night before and was extremely full, so there wasn't room for our garbage. The group was split on whether we'd stay at this house again.
