About this house rental
5 bedroom house on Kirkwood. 3 kings bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms. A five minute drive to campus and the stadium. Fiber optic internet.
I've had a number of cancellations from guests. It's an old house (120 years), it is in good repair, but has not been remodeled recently. The neighborhood is a working class neighborhood and several neighbors keep stuff in front of their houses and garages. Perfectly safe, but a bit rugged.
House has keyless lock. Guests can arrive and depart without meeting me, but I live in town and am available if needed.
Parties are allowed, but I must be notified and give approval.

Drive, bike or walk to downtown
You can park on the grass on the property or in front of garage #6. Parking for 4 vehicles.
