The Rooftop is the sole apartment in the building. It is uniquely situated above retail shops, a restaurant, and a coffee house.
It is a 3-minute walk to "Nick's English Hut" - an IU hotspot. The downtown square is 3 blocks away, replete with more restaurants, shops and bars.
