Stunning 4-BR Houses with On-Site Pool

We stayed here for my son’s graduation and the property itself was wonderful. The home was a great home base for our family celebrations, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have stayed there; however, the experience with the management company, Hosteeva, was incredibly frustrating.

However, I want to note that the management process through Hosteeva was very difficult to navigate. There was significant confusion between Booking.com and the management company. Unfortunately, some Hosteeva reps were unknowledgeable and, at times, rude. Regarding the unit itself, everything was great except for two maintenance items: the garbage disposal was non-functional, and the blinds on the sliding glass door were broken/missing. There was a total lack of consistency: Hosteeva insisted on a 10:00 AM checkout, yet the official paperwork inside the house stated 11:00 AM. When we questioned this, they claimed they had another guest arriving immediately. We know this was a lie, as my son lives down the street and we saw that no one else arrived that day. Being lied to—combined with reps who were rude and unknowledgeable—really soured the experience If Hosteeva was not involved, this would be a 5-star experience.
