Stay at this newly updated 1300 sqft luxury townhome near downtown Bloomington. Whether you are looking to celebrate, see a ballgame, or have a family getaway, this is the place for you! I also have 2 other newly renovated units basically next door!

1/2 mile from bus stop and 3/4 mile from walking trail (there is parking at trail as well)....2.5 miles to downtown...3 miles to IU campus...$10 Uber/Lyft to downtown
1. The $150 pet fee covers 1 pet for up to 3 nights. If you have more than 1 pet, there is an additional $100 fee. Any stays of longer than 3 nights, will be charged an additional $25 per night. The max pet fee is $500 for 1 pet, or $600 for 2 pets.
2. Any residual smell of smoking (of any substance) inside the property will result in a $300 fine
3. Quiet hours: Sun-Th After 10pm Fri-Sat After 11pm

Nice place. I didn’t realize there were so many stairs as all bedrooms on second floor. It was a little Of a problem for my friend who is awaiting knee replacement surgery. Overall, good experience. Kitchen appliances could use updating as there was duck tape on microwave and fridge. Wouldn’t keep me from staying again. Surprisingly quiet for being between 2 other townhomes. Owner was kind enough to allow early check in.

Conveniently located to Woolery Mill ! Had all the necessary amenities, comfortable beds, pleasant and quiet surroundings, ample parking and very dog friendly.

It was an acceptable property for a busy graduation weekend. It has some wear and tear. It more or less balanced price, quality and location. Consider tightening the high table legs in the kitchen for a better experience. The flowers, crackers, cheese, wine and charcuterie were a very nice touch - thank you.
