Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, klimatyczne. Blisko Piotrkowskiej. Jedyny minus hałas z ulicy tramwaje i auta.

Duży , przestronny apartament. Względny porządek. Dużo miejsca w kuchni, duży stół i blat roboczy. Sztućce średnio jeśli chodzi o ilość. Bardzo dobre umiejscowienie, blisko dworca kolejowego, ulicy Piotrkowskiej.
Nieprzyjemne uczucie ,gdy się przechodzi z ulicy przez bramę( zabytkową-super), ale niezadbaną, Drugie piętro, brak windy( w rozmowie telefonicznej z gospodarzem zapewnienie o windzie), z ciężkimi bagażami ( panie w średnim wieku)-trochę słabo.
