Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - blisko do sklepów i centrum, jednakże sam budynek bardzo duży i przytłaczający. Wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki bardzo na plus.
Parking - czasami trzeba było pojeździć dookoła by znaleźć parking przy budynku. Poduszki - zdecydowanie do wymiany - zbyt miękkie, nie dało się na nich ułożyć głowy. Polecam zamontować rolety w oknach - same zasłony niewiele dają przy porannym wschodzie słońca - szybko robi się gorąco w mieszkaniu. W mieszkaniu było czysto, ale widać ze osoba sprzątająca robi to "po łebkach". Pod łóżkiem dużo kurzu jak i na listwach przypodłogowych.
