Korzystna lokalizacja, szczególnie dla osób podróżujących pociągiem. Kilkaset metrów od stacji Łódź Fabryczna. pod blokiem linia tramwajowa. Mieszkanie nowe, bardzo ciepłe, na zamkniętym osiedlu. Blisko centrum EC1 oraz w zasięgu spaceru lub kilku przystanków tramwajem deptak przy Piotrkowskiej i Stare Miasto. Do innych części miasta, łatwy dojazd komunikacją.
Czystość w mieszkaniu: na pierwszy rzut oka znaleźliśmy używane skarpetki pod fotelem w salonie a z czystego ręcznika wypadł kołtun czarnych, długich włosów. To samo niestety w łóżku w sypialni. Mieszkanie dość komfortowe, chociaż nam bardzo przeszkadzał brak miejsca do jedzenia. Widocznego na zdjęciach stolika w salonie faktycznie nie było. Zostały 2 wysokie hokery. Zjedzenie wspólnie śniadania w 4 osoby, było po prostu niemożliwe. Mieliśmy duże problemy, żeby znaleźć miejsce parkingowe na ulicach wskazanych przez zarządcę obiektu. Moim zdaniem to mieszkanie nie nadaje się dla maks 4 osób.
