The proximity to everything was wonderful. The convenience of having a gym and restaurant on site was exceptional. The bedding towels was was very clean & comfortable.

The cutlery was sub standard, not a full set and different stiles & quality mixed. Three of the four dining chairs were dilapidated and not suitable or safe to sit on. There were small little cockroaches coming from cracks in the kitchen. Being on the bottom floor, you could hear the conversation and footsteps/movements of the apartment above. Sound proofing is not good. Even though it is self catering, it would have been helpful to have a small amount of washing up liquid in the kitchen and hand wash in the bathrooms. The latch of the outside garden gate was broken and was banging in the wind. We had to put a bucket against it from preventing it to keep on banging. Nothing was done about any of the above information by the host when being brought under his attention.

I really like how quiet it was I loved the way it looks from the exterior to the interior, the bathrooms look ravishing

The hidden damage deposit. The R400 cleaning fee (should be part of the fees) There 2 spoons/2 forks etc... we were 3, and the 2 bedroom unit could host up to 4 people. The ensuite shower was problematic, and mouldy
