Location was good. Modern and clean.

I don't like the deposit requirement for bookings charged by the hosts these days.. Hotels don't charge this and taking up to 15 days to get a deposit refund is ridiculous. Lastly the host asks for too much personal information. ID numbers for my entire family including my 12 and 11 year old children is preposterous. What guarantee do I get that they are POPIA compliant and that my information won't be compromised by a data leak. This was not a requirement when I visited the same complex a year ago and booked via AirBnB. WiFi speed was sub par too.

New building close to shopping center. Nice restaurant on the premises and easy secure parking

Noisy building, constant light out, design of building make the kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom window directly on the common landing floor (No much privacy, noisy when other people move around and as said light stay up all night. Kitchen looks nice but seldom anything if you plan to cook. Last we were 3 but just got towels for one and no shampoo/ soap. I raised the issue and towels were to be delivered the next day but never came. Also on arrival I had not been given the code to enter note a QR code for the security. Host answered quite quickly even for a Sunday but it lacked professionalism.
