It is very close to the Boardwalk so we could just walk next door to get food- very convenient and good area.
I also liked that all the necessary equipment was there: stove, iron & ironing board etc.
There was coffee & sugar but no tea so we had to go and buy tea. There was also no dishwashing liquid so we also had to buy that.
One side of the wall in the hallway looked wet.

The location is excellent, very safe. The unit is very nice.
The blankets are not enough in winter in PE.
