The Heads Luxury 3 Bedroom

Good customer service

Clean, quiet,smells fresh and homely

I like the cleanliness

The apartment is really nice, clean, and exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was as expected, and the place itself was lovely.

the noise detector was honestly the most frustrating part of my stay. We kept receiving SMS notifications saying that we were being too loud, even though we were not making excessive noise ,it was literally just the TV playing at a normal volume. Meanwhile, there were children from the neighbouring apartments making much more noise, and it seemed like that was not an issue. I understand the need to have a noise policy, but constantly receiving warnings when we were simply sitting inside watching TV felt unnecessary and made us uncomfortable. I would suggest reviewing the sensitivity of the noise detector and how the alerts are handled.
