The property was easy to find, well situated, and also very clean. It is exactly like the photos. Instructions was clear to book in and out. Parking is very secure with good security. Very quite area and a beautiful view.
I would like the braai to work on the balcony. It will be a super winner if that is fixed. There were minor issues with a few appliances, but I did report them to the host. Nothing that influenced us that much, but might influance other visitors.

After our booking was confirmed and paid for, I was informed by "The Host" to pay an additional amount of R1 800 breakage deposit. It would be great if Booking..com could mention this extra.
Dolphins view is advertised as a Luxury Apartment. I've expected a "Luxury" apartment, hence my disappointment when we arrived finding :
1. a stained couch with burnt holes in it,
2 the door to the balcony has a cracked glass panel,
3. the blinds in the lounge are broken,
4. the wall-mounted heater in the front bedroom is damaged/cracked - we could not use it.
5. blinds in above bedroom are broken and the window frame is loose, letting cold air and wind into the room.
We noticed on the prepaid meter that there were only 35 units of electricity available. I had to contact our host who sent a voucher for electricity, which I had to punch in.
I immediately took photos of above damages as well as other minor "wear and tear" of the apartment and send them to our host.
Our host apologised profusely and explained that the apartment is "under maintenance.". He assured us that we will not be held responsible for these damages as they took a full inventory of the apartment before our arrival.
When an Apartment is advertised as a "Luxury Apartment" one expects luxury and value for your money.
I feel deceived and disappointed because it is evident that this Apartment needs urgent maintenance.

no internet or use of netflix at all while there ...wifi yes at times but not tv or netflix
