It is well located, the apartment is very modern and spacious, ocean views are amazing. Appliances are modern and the apartment is well equipped.
The host's contact details need to be updated on Booking.com The drain was clogged in the shower. The carpets in both the lounge and rooms are dirty. Bigger door stoppers would have been great. The shower taps need some maintenance. Pre-clean needs to be done properly. It should be made clear that there isn't wheelchair access.

The property is in a wonderful location with an exceptional view of the beachfront. It is very spacious, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Matthew was very helpful and an excellent host.
