There was no mop or cloth we could use for spills.
The television volume was extremely low, we could hardly watch tv or play music

Extremely comfortable property, had everything we needed. Location is great. Very clean and well looked after. Hosts have made it extremely warm.
I found the check-in process a ittle strange, everything is via watsapp, Nobody seems to want to communicate via phone. There is no personal touch.

The location is good. The flat looks good.
The check-in process was not as described. I did not receive a code. I had 5 different whatsapp numbers contact me before check-in all providing the same information, not to mention the countless emails. The host requested the same information that was completed on the contract and stated they do not have access to the system so I need to send that info to her via WhatsApp. This is such a security risk as our personal info is now on someone's personal whatsapp. At the security gate I contacted the host and was told security is aware I am coming, yet security asked us for a code. It was not a pleasant check in process. The bedding had stains and smelled dirty.
