Dolphin Nook Getaway

Lovely place with ample security, and the host was very responsive. The cottage had pleasant ocean views, and the complex was very quiet. It was well equipped, clean and pleasant to be in, and it was close to a lot of shops and restaurants I would definitely revisit:)

Just that there was no DSTV, but it didn't dampen my stay!

The host, Ethan was very helpful and assisted us promptly with any questions we had. Secure complex. It was relatively quick and easy to get to the N2 from the property. Pre-arrival information assisted us greatly with the arrival and departure information. WiFi signal was problem-free and kitchen equipped with an air fryer, dishwashing and washing machine (although we did not use any of these appliances). A good accommodation option for a family or even corporate visitors tired of staying in hotels.

The Housekeeping department let this property down, which is a pity as it is a very nice unit. I gave all my feedback through to Ethan and will not elaborate again on this platform. I would suggest to supply at least 1 dishwashing machine tablet per day of stay (I would have loved to use the dishwasher, but was unable to do so). Wooden window frames need a good sanding-down and repaint.

The professionalism of the staff and ease in explaining where to park as well as get in and out of the property complex.

Property requires more cutlery otherwise it is well maintained.
