Quiet apartment in residential block with great views near to centre

Location and facilities particularly the secure parking were a great asset. The balcony made relaxing very easy. Washing machine totally available also good to have. Hostess was very informative and helpful.

Beds were a little hard. Day nav took us around a very difficult route. Property is relatively new therefore sat nav may not have adjusted.

Exceptional, high standard apartment in peaceful surroundings

This apartment exceeded all expectation. It was decorated to a very high standard. Everything felt modern and new. Outside area was spacious with amazing views. The pool area was spotless and well maintained. The complex is lovely and quiet, we had the pool to ourselves for the whole time. It was a little piece of heaven. Location if high above the town which is beautiful and packed with restaurants and beach front dining. The walk down was fine, only maybe 10min downhill. Bit of a workout on way back up but absolutely fine and worth it. Host met us at property, was friendly and clear in instructions both for check in & check out. And gave tips on area and restaurants. Thank you for providing such a stunning property to stay in and experience. I hope we visit again someday :)

Un bell’appartamento, arredato con gusto e completo di tutto ciò che può servire, in un complesso di nuova costruzione immerso nel verde. La vista è spettacolare; la zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La pulizia, impeccabile. Molto comodo il posto auto privato nel garage. Siamo stati accolti di persona e con grande gentilezza da Inga, la proprietaria, che vive nell’appartamento accanto. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Bellissimo appartamento con grande terrazzo e bella vista. Siamo stati benissimo qua. La proprietà è gentilissima. C'è un parcheggio coperto molto comodo.

Un havre de paix

L'endroit du logement est idéal car nous sommes à 10 minutes à pied du bord de mer tout en étant dans le calme de la nature. L'appartement est neuf avec tout le confort moderne , une terrasse très agréable, nous permettant d'en profiter pour déjeuner et se reposer avec vue sur Alassio. Un parking est en outre à notre disposition, ce qui est très précieux et pratique.

Un soggiorno breve ma molto rilassante in mezzo alla natura

Posizione immersa nella natura, in un contesto molto silenzioso e piacevole. Appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo. Posto auto coperto. Un terrazzino molto confortevole con una bellissima vista di Alassio e del mare. Estrema cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari.

Piccole cose che contribuirebbero a rendere più confortevole e "usabile" l'appartamento (qualche gancio per appendere gli asciugami, appendiabiti all'ingresso, un mazzo di chiavi in più, istruzioni per il piano cottura a induzione, prese multiple e abat jour in prossimità di tutti i posti letto disponibili). Un pò sacrificata la seconda stanza con divano letto che di fatto è cieca (la finestra si apre su un corridoio coperto interno che porta ai vari appartamenti). Ci vorrebbe un sistema di areazione forzata in bagno.
