On The Steps

On the Steps property is a gem. The property is right next to the Spanish Steps and there are multiple windows with views of the steps. The property itself was very spacious and accommodated our family of five very well. Each of the three bedrooms had a plenty of space and the three bathrooms were nice. I would highly recommend this property for families that want some space and want to be next to the Spanish Steps which is a very nice area of Rome.

The location right next to the Spanish Steps, right in the heart of Rome. The history of the building and its ties to poets - Keats and Shelley. The space in the apartment and the design and artefacts were gorgeous. 3 modern bathrooms - each bedroom has an ensuite. The security was good- internal gate and door to reach 2nd floor. Easily accessible- stairs to second floor very manageable if you don’t like using the lift. Good airconditioning. Very quiet - absolute minimal external noise even though the apartment is so close to the Spanish Steps. Beautiful vista from kitchen, dining, living area and master bedroom areas onto the Spanish Steps - ideal to watch the world go by. Lovely private balcony with retractable patio awning -tucked away perfect for morning coffee. Complimentary Prosecco, bottled water, coffee capsules and honey provided and toiletry gift bags. Agent was ready and waiting for us on arrival to show us around apartment.

Lokacija je izvrsna. Udaljenost od Španskih je maximalno 30 koraka. Pogled na Španske je sa dva prozora. Trpezarija i dnevni boravak su odlični. Veliki. Stan ima mnogo prozora. Balkon je na vrlo mirnoj poziciji. Zaista preporučujem :)

Objekat ima tri spavaće sobe. Glavna soba je vrlo pristojna, velika, ima i višak ormara, a ostale dvije su male, nemaju ni ormare. Teško se smjestiti sa dva velika kofera.

Location, location location! Three bedroom three bath. More than we need was just enough.

The upstairs bedroom shower did not drain very fast. There was no place to put soap in any of the shower areas. And there was a recurring musty smell in the front room.
