Couldn’t find any tea towels for drying up but this was minor.

We were greeted by the host who helped carry our bags …he was wonderful, so kind and nothing was too much trouble for him

a lovely bar with breakfast just round the corner. The porter is just below and available for any thing. The Host is super responsive in providing more amenities if needed. Right in the centre of Rome, Spanish Stairs is a few minutes away and the Spagna Metro Station is just a few mins walk. Excellent location.
