El apartamento es sumamente cómodo, completo en una ubicación privilegiada. Todas las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Gisela fue siempre amable y accesible. Muy recomendable!!!

Giselda met us at the apartment and oriented us to the place and nearby items of interest. She was easy to get ahold of and communicated with us through the app, although she also provided her number as well. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and more spacious than we imagined. It is a "real" apartment that is comfortable and livable, not just a new place made to look good in pictures but lacking in other details (like some other places we have stayed). The apartment had all the amenities we needed, to include a clothes washer; while there's no dryer, a drying rack is available and we hung the clothes on the little upstairs balcony and they dried just fine. The location is excellent, in between the Via del Corso and Via del Babuino. There is a small Carrefour ten meters from the front door, and a delicious little Puglian restaurant right across the street (Planisium). The Chinese restaurant a few doors down was also excellent. Everything from Piazza de Popolo, to the Borghese Gardens, the Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon were an easy walk. If you're going farther afield or prefer not to walk, the Spanish Steps metro station and taxi rank are about 5 minutes away.

Nothing to complain about, but be aware you're in the heart of Rome. We didn't use the heating or cooling, but kept the windows open when needed. This led to a little noise at times, with the occasional drunken reveler or early morning trucks passing by. With the windows closed, it was much quieter. As others have noted, the apartment is at the top of the building, so there are about three to four stories of stairs. Also, as an FYI, the staircase inside the apartment leading to the second level might not be safe for very young children. Finally, just a little tip: there are plenty of utensils but they're a little hard to find. Open the top drawer to the right of the stovetop. Inside, there's another little drawer at the top that pulls open, and the silverware is inside.

This is a true Roman apartment. The hostess, Giselda, has lived here in the past, and it shows. The property is very close to the Piazzas Popolo and Spanga, yet on a quiet side street. Fortunately, it is also located next to a music conservatory, which in the afternoons, you could hear the students practicing if you opened the windows. Our party had five people and were very comfortable the the two living areas, small patio and central living room. The kitchen is well appointed and you can cook and serve everyone easily. Giselda has furnished and stocked the apartment with everything you need. And If you do need anything else she is very helpful. Her recommendations for dining were spot on.

The property has just over sixty steps to walk up. We are all over sixty-five and had no problem once we got the bags up. We do not travel with large suit cases. The staircase is not narrow.
