DIECI at Spanish Step - Belsiana Luxury Apartment

Appartamento ben curato, pulito e centralissimo. La proprietaria disponibile per qualunque richiesta. Super consigliato, soprattutto per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici. Tre camere con ognuna il suo bagno privato. Zona giorno molto grande e luminosa. Il terrazzino nel centro di Roma non ha bisogno di commenti. Meraviglioso.

The location is unbeatable—just turn left after stepping out, and the Spanish Steps are right there. The apartment's size and layout were exactly what we needed. It features three bedrooms of similar size, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that perfectly accommodates six people. We couldn't have asked for a better Airbnb in Rome. Elaine is a fantastic host who responds to any questions almost instantly

If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the hot water capacity. If everyone showers at the same time, the water doesn't stay hot, so it's better to stagger them. However, this didn't affect our experience much. We are so happy we booked such a high-quality place!

The host was so kind, we communicated via Whatsap, they let me come in to put the bags before check in time, and texted me when the place was ready. We stayed four adults, and had the best time. great beds, soft towels :) Perfect location, and totally quiet appartment.

I wish there were more towel racks (but we did have a lot of hangers lol) but honestly - zero complaints

Excellent location, lovely apartment. Perfect for our group of 6 with all 3 bedrooms being as good as each other. Lounge/kitchen area was bigger than it looked in photos as was the lovely sunny balcony.

Minor issue but bedroom door handles could do with replacing. Had a tendency to pull out.
